New Kia Soul

A cult classic, the Kia Soul is more fun and more stylish than ever. The Soul has become so iconic with its upbeat outlook on life (not to mention the vibe of some hip-hop hamsters), that the only way to describe it is "massively successful, since its U.S. introduction".

Available in six trim levels ranging from base LX, S, X-Line, GT-Line, EX, EX Designer Collection, it can be outfitted to virtually any taste and lifestyle. The new Kia Soul remains true to its original design, and will have you thinking "boxy can be sexy, too." In a phrase, it's the most futuristic, youthful and innovative Soul, yet!

Soul Design

The new Kia Soul features a raft of new design highlights including a high-tech front headlight configuration, a larger front grille with two-tone treatment, newly designed front fenders, 3-D wraparound boomerang-shaped taillights, C-Pillars designed to mimic the shape of airplane wings, and new roof rack mounting points.

Soul Interior

Inside, the Soul rekindles the musical vibe that lent its er, Soul, in the first place. An available sound/mood changeable lighting system shines from the Soul's door panels and can change colors and synchronize with the beat of the music playing at any one time. But that's not all. In addition to carrying a tune, the new Kia Soul can carry a lot of cargo as well. The Soul is now capable of carrying 23.8 cubic feet, which is an increase of a full five cubic feet over the previous Kia Soul.

Soul Technology

This five-passenger compact crossover comes with many standard tech and safety features. From a 4.3" thin film transistor (TFT) LCD display to Apple CarPlay™, all the way to a standard Rear-Camera Display, the Soul is loaded with advanced car technology. If you're someone who loves to turn up the radio or blast music from your phone, the Kia Soul's available Harman Kardon® premium sound system provides the crisp and powerful sound of a live performance.

Soul Performance

What truly separates each Kia Soul from one another are the different engine and transmission options. All Kia Souls feature a gas direct-injection inline-four-cylinder engine with front-wheel drive, however, each is different and only the Base Kia Soul is equipped with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with manual transmission. The mid-level Soul Plus features a 2.0-liter engine, and the Soul Exclaim has a peppy 1.6-liter turbocharged engine with seven-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) for smoother, more efficient pickup and shifting..

You didn't know a compact crossover could have so much expressive style, did you?
